1. Definitions

  • “We”, “us”, “our” refer to Brexa Game Studios.

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to the individual or organization using our services.

  • “Services” refers to game server hosting, support, and all additional services we provide.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using our website and services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date.

  • You have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

3. Allowed Use & Prohibited Use

Our services may only be used for legal purposes.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using game servers for DDoS, exploits, hacking, malware, or botnets.

  • Excessively overloading server resources beyond normal usage.

  • Violating copyright or intellectual property rights (e.g., unlicensed software, modpacks without permission).

  • Hosting spam, hateful content, or illegal activities.

Brexa Game Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately without refund if these rules are violated.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are clearly listed on our website.

  • Payments are made in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

  • Automatic renewals can be enabled or disabled in the client panel.

  • If a payment fails, your service may be temporarily paused.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, unless:

  • There is clear evidence of abuse or fraud.

  • The specific package excludes the guarantee.

  • The customer has violated the Terms of Service.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, including unused time.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Brexa Game Studios aims for 99% uptime or higher for all hosting services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime due to maintenance.

  • Downtime caused by external attacks (such as DDoS).

  • Issues caused by customer-installed plugins, mods, or configurations.

We always strive to resolve outages as quickly as possible.

7. Backups & Data

  • We create daily automated backups unless stated otherwise in the package.

  • We are not liable for data loss caused by the customer, third parties, hardware failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers remain responsible for creating and maintaining their own local backups.

8. Support Policy

Our support team provides assistance through:

  • Tickets

  • Email

  • (Optional) Discord

Support is technical only and does not include gameplay assistance, custom mod configuration, or development help.

9. Account Security

  • Customers are fully responsible for their account details and password.

  • Use of shared accounts is at your own risk.

  • Suspicious account activity must be reported to us immediately.

10. Fair Use Policy

To maintain optimal performance for all customers:

  • Excessive CPU/RAM usage may be limited.

  • Resource abuse may result in temporary restrictions.

We reserve the right to allocate resources fairly across all users.

11. Liability & Guarantees

Brexa Game Studios is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages

  • Loss of profit

  • Loss of data

  • Downtime beyond our control

All services are provided “as is” without any guaranteed performance or results.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, website elements, text, logos, and systems of Brexa Game Studios are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of this content without written permission.

13. Changes to the Terms

Brexa Game Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Customers will be notified of major changes via email or through the client panel.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Dutch legal procedures.
