Answer: Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. This allows you to flexibly adapt to your needs or player count.

Question: Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Question: Is support available if I need help?

Answer: Yes — our support team is available 24/7 to help you with any questions or issues.

Question: Are backups made of my server data?

Answer: Yes — we make daily backups to ensure your data is safe.

Question: Do you host your servers only in the Netherlands? Or in multiple locations? Answer: We currently host from the Netherlands (EU) — you can choose which location your server runs from depending on your preference and your player base.

Question: What games or server types can you host?

Answer: We currently support game servers for games such as (but not limited to) popular games—depending on the pack. We can also host Discord bots, and we are planning additional services like FiveM servers soon.

Question: What happens if there's a hardware or network issue (downtime, DDoS, errors)?

Answer: We use a stable hosting infrastructure and perform daily backups. We also monitor our servers and can intervene quickly in the event of serious issues. In the event of DDoS or hardware problems, we do our best to minimize downtime and get your server(s) back online as quickly as possible.

Question: Are there any extra costs or hidden fees I should be aware of?

Answer: No — our pricing structure is transparent. The price you see includes the server, hosting, backups, and support. There are no hidden costs or setup fees.
